Hey guys... sorry if it took so long for me to post a new post thing on this blog T_T i guess u can call me a slow reader..but i was just soaking up like... the whole plot and what happened. The book was really neep and insightful. This may sound kinda speef/corny but i just had to read the whole book before i could post..it was pretty good XP.

Basically... this guy named...Guy Montag was a fireman that worked for the fire department. Their job was to burn any sort of literature because it was an endangerment to society and the poeple were more interested in the electronic stuff, such as seashell radios and many televisions. Guy met a seventeen year old girl named Clarisse; she helped him understand the importance of literature and how much it can teach people. However, she eventually died later, but Guy still had the appreciation for literature.

This was a conflict cuz the chief of the fire department didnt want Montag to feel this way. However, montag killed the chief and escaped the city, mainly because he didnt want much publicity on his appreciation of literature. Then as he fled, he bumped into a group of people who had such great love for novels and literature. He eventually became part of them.

Suddenly, there is word that a bomb has dropped on the city and Montag and the group go and help rebuild the city. They wanted to rebuild it into a literature loving city... apart from its corrupt electronic obsessed lifestyle.

Oh also, apart from reading really slow.. i was also preoccupied w/ a game i got recently Final Fantasy VII : Crisis Core... and i guess that game fits in cuz the company i work for in the game is verrryyy technological and very advanced. However im a guy that works for them, 1st Class SOLDIER, the "army" of the company. I guess this can relate because in Fahrenheit 451 the cities were very advanced and w/ almost no literature. However, one difference between these two applications was that in FFVII : CC , literature was highly valued... however its sometimes e-mail and on electric message boards, while in Fahrenheit 451, all literature was burned and destroyed.

Btw... this is an AWESOME game...get it ... and also... this game wasnt all bad toward my eng reading process cuz it helped me understand the conflict in my book ever more so... andddd.. to top it off....it was neep ^^_^^.
The ending was sooo sadd TTTT^TTTT....even tho i knew what would happen since i know the FF series >~<"

hey, I really liked your blog. You seemed to have gotten in depth into the book. The book seems very interesting, and a bit fantasy related. It reminds me of anotehr book, "The City of Embers". I really like those type of stories, so I might pick this book to read next.
